Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges Policy

Overview

Our policies for refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are never valid beyond 30 days, and are at at our discretion after 30 days from the date of delivery.

General Policies

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging, with any/all labels/stickers still attached.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines) cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable content (including photos, videos, software or other digital goods), or heath/personal care items.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase for any refund, return, exchange or cancellation.

Some items may only receive a partial refund/exchange value, including books with obvious signs of use, individually packaged items (such as CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records) that have been opened, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Some sale or clearance items may not be returned and are marked as such at the time of purchase.

We use certain 3rd Party vendors for manufacturing, shipping, warehousing, and other business-related needs. By purchasing items from us, you agree to be bound by their refund/return/exchange/cancellation policies. To find out which policies may apply to an individual product, please contact us.

Refunds

All refunds are offered exclusively at our discretion. If you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us and we’ll work with you to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase. For items sold at a discount from the normal price, any refund granted will only be up to a maximum of the price paid for the item. If a refund is approved it may take up to 10-14 days for the refund to appear in your account. If after 14 business days you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company and/or your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Returns

Returns are only allowed for defects in manufacturing, and never for a change of mind (except where required by law), and must be pre-arranged by contacting us

Once a return is approved, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Within 3 days we will notify you of an approval or rejection of a refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Any exchange on items sold at a discount from the normal price will only receive value up to the price paid for the item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us for detailed instructions.

Cancellations

Orders for most of the items on our site are sent immediately to our fulfillment warehouses, and are not cancellable. Please contact us to request a cancellation and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Your Returns/Exchanges

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To request a refund, return, or exchange, please start by contacting us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
